<span style="font-size: large;">This time I made a group of bears to wish my son's friend a Happy Birthday! </span><br />
<br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhidt-m9G9IlrivALAOduHhfJaBEnFaJP1tEaKx3HBSoCj4Q0kS-3NKV_4DQJwo5HaEoBwW-5dtwjUJfdzyNkK2vrlCN4JnKm8KKVfbGa5DB4ethdHhbkQFGkc035hiq3EVkqa-WZ36q1E/s1600/DSC06865wtmk.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhidt-m9G9IlrivALAOduHhfJaBEnFaJP1tEaKx3HBSoCj4Q0kS-3NKV_4DQJwo5HaEoBwW-5dtwjUJfdzyNkK2vrlCN4JnKm8KKVfbGa5DB4ethdHhbkQFGkc035hiq3EVkqa-WZ36q1E/s640/DSC06865wtmk.JPG" width="480" /></a><span style="font-size: large;"> </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">I just have so much fun coloring this bear. First I stamp my bears with <b>Black Stazon</b> onto <b>Watercolor paper</b>. Using retired <b>Stampin' Write Markers</b>, <b>Close to Cocoa</b> and <b>Creamy Caramel</b>, and my <b>Blender Pen </b>to create this furry fellow.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"> </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">The balloons are created from a tamp in the <b>Crazy for Cupcakes stamp set.</b></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">This a large card, it measures 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". </span><br />

<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">This card looks harder than it is. I took a piece of <b>Designer Series Paper </b>cutting it 4" x 4". Fold each of the corners into the center so that they all touch in the center. Then fold the corner out to the edges. I punched out a piece of <b>Very Vanilla card stock</b> using the <b>1 1/4" Square punch </b>to place in the center. It allows my image to truly pop from the center. The <b>Stampin' dimensionals</b> help too. Don't forget to put on some googlie eyes. They make this card so much fun.</span><br />

The stamp set is called <b>Just Believe</b>. What a great stamp set to own. <br />
<img alt="" height="372" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC06394wtmk.JPG" width="450" /><br />

<img alt="" height="338" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC06397wtmk.JPG" width="450" /><br />
I just love this punch. You can punch different pieces out of different colors. I choose to use <b>Tempting Turquoise, Chocolate Chip and Pacific Point cardstock</b>. Along with some googlie eyes you have a cute owl. <br />
<img alt="" height="450" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC06396wtmk.JPG" width="338" /><br />
To create this card I first stamped the base of the card with the <b>Woodgrain Background</b> <b>stamp</b>. <br />
Punched a peek-a-boo hole using the <b>1 3/4" circle punch. </b>I dressed up the Hole using the new<b> 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch</b>. <br />
To get the little branch he is perched on I punched out a piece of <b>Old Olive card stock</b> with the <b>Two Step Bird Punch</b>.<br />

It features the <b>Kimono Kids stamp set</b>. I just love the saying in this set.<br />
"One good friend is worth a thousand relatives."<br />
<br />
To create this photo album cut a piece of card stock into 2 - 8 1/2" x 5" pieces scoring it at 1" and 2". Folding in the the first fold. The 2" just gives you a place to open the album. Inside I used <b>Stampin' Up! Clear Envelopes</b> to hold photos. Using the <b>Crop-a-dile</b> I punched a hole through all the layers. Added our new <b>Antique Brads</b> to hold it all together.<br />

Really cramming to make card fronts and 3D swaps and can't forget about Convention gifts for friends. Here is one of my Swaps. <span style="color: #333333;"> </span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br />
</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #333333;"> With the heat lately I thought I would created something that brought cool thoughts. </span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span>I am sure you are thinking I am crazy to say <strong>"Let it Snow"</strong>. <br />
<img alt="" height="450" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05793wtmk.JPG" width="391" /><br />
Using the <strong>Playful Pieces stamp set</strong> (a Level 3 Hostess stamp set) I created this adorable snow man. <br />
You will need to punch out 3 circles from copy paper. Cut those circles using the <strong>1", 1 3/8" and 1 3/4" circle punches</strong>. <br />
Sponge around the outer edges of the circles with <strong>Bashful Blue Classic Ink</strong>, a little more heavy handed. Lightly sponging the inner part of the circle. Then add all of his accessories from the <strong>Playful Pieces stamp set</strong> to complete the look. Just love it. <br />
The words are from <strong>Punch Pals stamp set</strong>.<br />
<br />
This is a very simple card, only 2 layers. <strong>Bashful Blue</strong> and <strong>Whisper White card stock</strong>. To add a little depth I dragged the <strong>Whisper White card stock</strong> through <strong>Early Espresso Classic Ink </strong>(just the edge to add a thin line). It gives an illusion of a third layer of card stock.<br />
<br />
No Stampin' Dimensionals on this card. Doesn't happen often:)<br />
<br />
I also down scaled this card to create an ATC sized swap.<br />
<img alt="" height="376" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05795wtmk.JPG" width="450" /><br />
Created basically the same as the full size card. Except I used smaller circle punches. The <strong>3/4", 1" and 1 3/8" circle punches</strong>. I also had to hand draw the eyes, mouth and buttons.<br />

Very Chic!<br />
<br />
<img alt="" height="450" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05787wtmk.JPG" width="389" /><br />
This card is easier than it looks. The background is Sponged using a rectangle stencil. Stamp image in <strong>Stazon</strong> on <strong>Whisper White card stock</strong>. Using <strong>the Regal Rose Stampin' Write Marker</strong> color all of the flower except the centers. Come back with your </span><strong><span>Rose Red </span><span><span>Stampin' Write Marker</span></span></strong><span><span>, only coloring the dark areas. This gives such depth. On your leaves use </span></span><strong><span><span>an Old Olive </span></span><span><span>Stampin' Write Marker </span></span></strong><span><span>to color it all then follow up with </span></span><strong><span><span>the Always Artichoke </span></span><span><span>Stampin' Write Marker</span></span></strong><span><span> in the dark areas.<br />

To create this card I also used the<strong> En Francais background stamp set.</strong> They just pair so well together. The Eiffel Tower is cut out and pops from the card using <strong>Stampin' Dimensionals.</strong><br />
These colors are beautiful together. The <strong>Cherry Cobbler card stock</strong> is so rich and vibrant.<br />

Fellow Demonstrators who are attending Convention. I have recreated this card for one of my swaps.<br />

It is a great solid stamp to have as part of your collection.<br />
</span><img _fcksavedurl="/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05753wtmk0000.JPG" height="450" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05753wtmk0000.JPG" width="434" /></span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: large;"><br />
To create this card I used a <b>Two-Step Emboss Resist with Markers Technique</b>. <br />
</span></span></span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">You start by inking up your stamp with <strong>Versa Mark</strong>, then using your <strong>Stampin' Write Markers</strong> you apply color to the image. It will look as if it is streaky. Stamp Image on <strong>Whisper White card stock </strong>that is first cut out using the<strong> Big Shot</strong> and the<strong> Top Note Die Cut</strong>. Apply <strong>Clear Embossing powder</strong>. Heat. Follow up with your <strong>Brayer</strong> and <strong>Old Olive Classic Ink</strong>. Ink up your Brayer well. Start off your paper quickly working towards it (this avoids a solid line at the top)<br />
I stamped my words on a separate piece of <strong>Whisper White card stock</strong>, cut around it leaving white space all around. This will make the words pop.<br />
<br />
Have fun stamping!</span><br />

<img alt="" height="368" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05756wtmk.JPG" width="450" /><br />
Along with the <b>July Fourth Stamp Set </b>and <b>Red, White & Blue Jumbo wheel </b>from the Summer Mini Catalog. The mini catalog is a great place to find stamps that fit the season.</span></span><br />

Here is my graduation card I made for those graduates! <br />
<br />
This <strong>Go, Graduate stamp set</strong> can be found in the Summer Mini Catalog. This was fun to color with markers. </span></span><span><span style="color: #333333;">I started with the </span></span><strong><span><span style="color: #333333;">Bashful Blue </span></span><span><span style="color: #333333;">Stampin' Write </span></span><span><span style="color: #333333;">Marker</span></span></strong><span><span style="color: #333333;"> around the images. This will make it pop.</span></span><span><span style="color: #333333;"> For the graduation gowns I colored them in with the <strong>Basic Gray Stampin' Write Marker </strong>and followed with the <strong>Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to outline</strong>. It still gives a black appearance without being too dark. </span></span><span><span style="color: #333333;"><br />

<img alt="" height="0" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05731wtmk.JPG" width="0" /><img alt="" height="450" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05731wtmk.JPG" width="363" /><br />
Using punches I was able to create this adorable card. I did have to pull out the paper snips to make a few simple cuts. </span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><a href="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05737.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img align="right" alt="" border="0" height="250" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05737.JPG" width="185" /></a><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: #333333;"> </span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: #333333;"> </span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: #333333;">The hardest part is drawing out the details on his face and clothes. I used this picture from the invitation for guidance.<br />
<br />
I had so much fun creating it. <br />

<br />
I just love this stamp set. It is called <strong>Elements of Style</strong>. What a classy set. It is the same set that I used to create the Life is a Matter of Moments card posted May 23. <br />
</span></span><img alt="" height="450" src="http://www.stampinup.net/uploads/fckeditor/358/361/Image/DSC05751wtmk.JPG" width="434" /><br />
<span style="color: #333333;"><span>This time I paired it with the <strong>Big Shot</strong>. <br />
<br />
The Big Shot is a wonderful tool. With all the Dies and Embossing options. <strong><br />
It is a must have.</strong><br />
<br />
Even though I only cut card stock for this product, the Big Shot has the capability to cut a variety of materials. It quickly and easily create die-cut or embossed shapes, envelopes, tags, and baskets. <br />
