I have seen many cards cards where the ornament has been punched into the base of the card.
This is my version. I used the words from Many Merry Messages stamp set and the ornament stamp from Delightful Decorations stamp set.
The base of the card is Real Red card stock. Christmas Cocoa Designer Series Paper is placed on top of Soft Suede card stock.
To complete the card, the Ornament punch is punched into the bottom of your card. Punch in just far enough not to be close to the edge. Then close the card and put your ornament through the punched window. This is the easiest way to line up the ornament.
