Greenhouse Garden Birthday Wishes

Wanted to share with you a card I made for a card swap.
It features the Garden Greetings stamp set.

To create your own Designer Paper, stamped the images over and over again  on a piece of Whisper White card stock.

For a finishing touch I added some Dazzling Diamonds.

The colors featured in this card are Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose, Rose Red, Mellow Moss and Always Artichoke.

Here is another using the same set and colors, just less stamping.

Honey Bear Card

What a sweet card this is.

The bear has gotten into the honey jar. I love how the honey is dripping from his hands. To create this I used Crystal effects on top of Summer sun to get the illusion of honey.

Bees and honey pot: Paper Piecing technique
Stamp Image on different colors. Cut out and layer together. Add Crystal effects on top of Summer Sun card stock to give honey look. Let dry.
Bear is stamped with Stazon onto Watercolor paper. using blender pen and Inks and Marker water color the bear.
To create honey for the Bear make the top of the honey pot and cut up to add to his hands.

Surfer Bear

I just love what you can make with this bear. Use the bear from the Under the Stars stamp set and pair him up with the Just Surfing stamp set.

The front of this card may just look like an ordinary card but OPEN it up and Wow. Some crazy surfing bears.

Notice how the bear in the back has fallen off his board. I really enjoyed making this crazy bears. This card pops up as you open it. I can show you how to create adorable 3-D cards just like this.

This little chick

This little chick is such a sweet card to attach to an Easter gift.

He wasn't hatched from an egg.

He came from my Big Shot!

Owning a Big Shot is great. You never know what great craft will come next.

To make him you will need the Scallop Circle #2 Die along with the Snowflake Punch, 5 Petal Flower Punch, 1/2" circle Punch and the 1/4 Circle Punch.

Bear Hugs! I miss you card

Here is the bear again from Under the Stars stamp set. He sure does make a cute card! The recipient of this card is going to know that I miss them.

The new Small Heart Punch is the perfect size to punch out the letters stamped from the Calendar Alphabet & Numbers stamp set.

The words "I miss you" come from the stamp set Three Little Words. (Which happens to be a stamp set you can receive free when you purchase $50 in product by March 31. You just need to use the special #120244.)

Ballon Bear

Here is card number one made using one bear from the Under the Stars stamp set.

I combined it with the balloon stamp from Crazy for Cupcakes and the "Happy Birthday" words from All Holiday

Are you wondering where that background cloud paper came from? Well I made it using Whisper White card stock, Bashful Blue Classic Ink and Sponges. Would you like to learn how?

Contact me at ginadygert@yahoo.com today to set up your own Private Class for you and your friends. I would be glad to demonstrate this or another card/ technique.

As you can see some of the ballons lift off the page. Of course I used my favorite accessory.... Stampin' Dimensionals.  Great item to keep on hand.

Bears, Bears, and more Bears

Recently at an Open Stamping Event at my home, I decided to stamp a few bears.
Okay, a little more than just a few bears.

They were so much fun to make.

Using the Under the Stars stamp set, I stamped them in Black Stazon in onto Watercolor Paper.

Then I took my Blender pen along with Creamy Caramel and Close to Cocoa Classic Ink pads and Stampin' Write markers to watercolors these beautiful bears.

Would you like to learn how to make some bears?

Punch Art Easter Bunny Card

I just love how this card turned out.
I added texture to the base of my card using my Handy Dandy Big Shot and the Stampin' Up! Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder.
Thats a lots of words for a simple folder that adds dots to my card stock.

I just love my Big Shot. I also used it to cut the Top Note out to create this Certainly Celery on Whisper White Frame.

If you don't have a Big Shot yet, Contact me at ginadygert@yahoo.com and  I can show you can get it at a discount or for FREE!

Bunny Box

Here is a cute little triangle treat box. It is suppose to be a bunny but it kind of looks more like a mouse.
What do you think?

Either way I think it is adorable. Simple to make. The base is a 3" x 8" piece of Kraft card stock. Score it at the 4" line and from the 4" line up to the middle point creating a triangle. It will then fold making a triangle box.
I sponged around the edges with Creamy Caramel Classic Ink to warm up the box. Used punches to create all the other shape except the carrot is free handed.
His cheeks are created by a Sponge Dauber and Pretty in Pink Classic Ink.
Make the closure by using the Crop-o-dile; punch a whole at the top
and
close with some Linen thread.

Shamrock Card

It is not too late to make your St. Patrick's Day Cards. You still have a whole week.

This is a quick card I made to go in recent orders. (I try to include a thank you gift in your order).

On a 2" x 5 1/2" piece of Whisper White card stock I repetitively stamp the shamrock from the Holiday Blitz stamp set. Each shamrock is stamped with Glorious Green Classic Ink. But I stamped it several times before re-inking the stamp.

The words come from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.

Using the Full Heart punch and 3/4" Circle punch I created this Shamrock out of Handsome Hunter card stock.

Punch out 3 full hearts. After you punched the heart then punch out a sliver of the heart . Take that sliver, use the 3/4" Circle punch to clip the end. This gives the stem a great shape.

Adhere the pieces to your card with Stampin' Dimensionals. I love Dimensionals! Then add Shine to your card by using the Two Way glue and Dazzling Diamonds.

Simple Spring Card

Here is a simple but cute note card. To make this card I created my own designer paper by stamping images repetitively.

I choose to use the Flight of the Butterfly stamp set and the colors that coordinated with the Tea Party Designer Series Paper on a piece of Whisper White card stock (4 5/8" x 3 3/8").
Those colors are
Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink, Basic Gray, Almost Amethyst and So Saffron.
Then I layered it on a piece of Basic Gray card stock (4 3/4' x 3 1/2") for a small border around my butterfly designer paper. Then layer it on
Almost Amethyst card stock.
Finish the card off with a Butterfly that pops off the page. Stamp it out on a seprate piece of paper cut it out leaving a border around the image.
Attach it with Stampin' Dimensionals.
A very simple Spring note card!
