Simple Bird Thank You Card

Happy Ground Hogs Day!

Will the Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow this morning?

I am hoping for Six more weeks to Spring. 

Here is a very simple card that is beautiful.  

I start out with a base of Natural White card stock. 
The edge has been ripped using the Tearing Edge and sponged with Soft Suede Classic Ink. 

I then punched myself a stencil with the new Extra Large Two-Step Bird from the Occasion Mini Catalog. Using Not Quite Navy and Soft Suede Classic Ink, I sponged on this image.

Add on some sentiment. I used the Thank You Kindly stamp set.

Finishing off the card with a piece of Linen Thread.
